Ok, just because it's constantly on my mind

“Epic” Roadtrip 2011…the countdown begins!

Oh what can I say, I love the open road and I love my car, so put the two together and you get  “Mandia’s bright idea to travel 5500 miles across country”.

The places and experiences will be unforgettable, as not only do I get to travel to the East coast and back, but I’m doing this with some of my closest friends! We will hit the road in May and will return sometime in June. Our adventure will take us to many places, but some of the key places we are most looking forward to are Chaco Canyon, Chicago, New York, DC (Mostly for the Smithsonian), Graceland/Dollywood, and Austin.

We have also made a rule of NOT eating at any chain restaurants during our trip…we will look for that greasy spoon, the mom & pop dinner, and the roach coach during our travels. I’ve already determined that I will gain at least 10lbs and that I’m ok with that.

Also, my car will become a solid mobile conglomerate of bumper stickers! Praise the bumper sticker!

Ok so this is my first blog (and blogging experience) and my purpose for this is to record my travels, inspiration, and creative ideas. And... if you know me, I'll probably vent my distaste for ugg boots, Lady Gaga, and Tribal Tattoos.
